White label means the chatbot widget, chat window and all related communications appear entirely in your own branding — no ZelixAI references visible to your customers.
What can you customise?
- Logo and bot name matching your brand.
- Colours (primary, background, text) matching your website.
- Custom domain via CNAME (e.g. chat.yourcompany.com).
- System emails sent from your own email address.
- Chat window texts in your own tone and language.
White label for resellers
The platform is also available as a fully white-labelled SaaS product for resellers — your brand, your pricing, your customer portal URL. End customers do not see the underlying ZelixAI technology. Contact our partner team for reseller programme details.
Availability
Widget white-label branding — a custom widget domain without the "Powered by" line — is part of the Plus plan. The full reseller model, with reseller API under your own brand, is part of the Partner plan.
