The origin: a Dutch ISP kitchen

We didn't roll out of a Silicon Valley accelerator. ZelixAI was born in the kitchen of InterIP Networks B.V. — a Dutch internet service provider that has served more than 25,000 clients in the Netherlands and surrounding countries every day since 1999.

InterIP has been building critical infrastructure for a quarter century — domain registrations, web hosting, server maintenance, firewalls, VPNs, encrypted connections — for people who cannot afford anything to break. ZelixAI was born from that discipline.

InterIP is not just our founder — also our infrastructure partner. We manage our servers, firewalls and encrypted connections ourselves, in a Dutch data centre, with one team of experts.

What we build, and why it threatens the competition

While the market is still debating whether AI is "safe enough" for customer service, we are rolling it out. With your data stored in the EU, and from Plus the option to keep the AI processing in the EU as well. With speech that is turned into text in the EU.

Under the hood we are developing — together with the InterIP team — an AI architecture that in 2026 will also power InterIP's own customer panel. What that platform will do for the web hosting and domain registration industry is in line with what ZelixAI does now for AI customer support: reinventing an industry without sacrificing its privacy foundations.

Your bot recognises the language of the question and answers in that language, whether it is Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish or another language. That way customers are helped in their own language.
Yes. You can customise colours, logo, welcome messages and the look & feel. From Plus, you show the widget without "Powered by ZelixAI".
We store your data in the EU: the database on our own servers in the Netherlands, files and backups in France. We process personal data under the GDPR and every customer gets a data processing agreement. Sensitive data such as API keys and passwords of connected services are stored encrypted. AI processing can take place outside the EU, unless you turn on EU-only, available from Plus.
If the bot cannot answer a question, it can create a ticket or hand the conversation over to an agent, depending on how you have set up your bot. That way you can pick up the question yourself.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. When downgrading, you keep current features until the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts.
