A chatbot is only as good as the language model behind it, and that landscape changes every quarter. Commit to a single provider and you are stuck with its prices, its outages and its terms. Our gateway sits in between: you choose a level — Basic, Smart or Expert — and we decide which model answers that question best and at the lowest cost.
If a provider goes down, traffic switches to the next one in the chain. As a rule your visitor notices nothing; an answer simply arrives. The same chain lets us bring in a new, better model without you changing anything — we replace what sits underneath, you keep the same level.
Not having to choose does not mean you have no say. In the privacy settings you decide where your conversations may be processed. If you choose processing inside the EU, providers outside that area are skipped — even when they are cheaper at that moment. That choice is checked again on every call, not once when you set it up.
Every call is counted and priced: tokens in and tokens out separately, with the cost price alongside. In the portal you see per bot, per day and per action where your usage goes. No monthly surprise, no subscription to capacity you do not use.
