By default your bot uses AI models from major providers. If the AI processing must not leave the EU, switch on EU-only. We store your data in the EU: the database on our own servers in the Netherlands, files and backups in France.

Storage in the EU

The database with conversations, knowledge base and accounts runs on our own servers in a Dutch data centre. Uploaded files and backups are kept in a data centre in France.

Not for training

Your conversations and knowledge base are not used to train AI models. We use business AI services that do not train on customer data.

Data processing agreement for everyone

Every customer, including on the free package, gets a data processing agreement as soon as we process personal data for you. The text is currently under legal review.

Encryption

All connections are encrypted over HTTPS. We store API keys and passwords of connected services encrypted (AES-256-GCM).

Is my data used to train AI? ▼

No. Your conversations and knowledge base are not used to train models, also not by the AI providers we use.

Can I switch to EU-only later? ▼

Yes. From Plus, the account owner switches EU-only on or off in the portal, in the privacy settings. It applies to all your bots right away.

Which AI models do you use? ▼

You choose a level; we choose and monitor the models. We use AI services from major providers, including in the United States; with EU-only, only services hosted in the EU. We will tell you which providers on request.

What happens if the EU model is unavailable? ▼

Then your bot shows a clear message instead of an answer. We do not switch to a model outside the EU.

What about the data processing agreement? ▼
