Is my data used to train AI? ▼

No, never. Customer data is not used for model training, neither for our own Platform LLM nor for Cloud AI providers. Every provider is contractually bound by a no-training policy for customer data.

Can I switch from Cloud to Local later? ▼

Yes, you can upgrade at any time without data loss. You can even configure a different LLM provider per bot and switch at any time via the portal.

Which AI models are supported? ▼

Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Llama, Qwen, and any OpenAI-compatible model via Ollama. Our platform supports the OpenAI-compatible API standard, so virtually any modern open-source model works out-of-the-box.

What if my local server goes down? ▼

With hybrid routing, the system automatically falls back to cloud AI (unless strict privacy mode is enabled). In strict privacy mode, conversations are paused until the local server is available again — data never leaves your own infrastructure.

What about the data processing agreement? ▼

We offer a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) on request for Business and Enterprise customers. Contact us via our contact form and we will send you the documentation.
