You choose Basic, Smart or Expert. We choose and monitor the AI model behind it. Below you see what each level does, what it costs and which AI providers we use.
Three levels
A level sets how carefully your bot answers. You choose it per bot, and from Plus also per task: chat, reading your site and answering email.
Fast and economical
Stays with your own content and suits frequent questions, opening hours and products. The most credit for your money.

More nuance, fewer mistakes
Reads longer pages better and phrases things more precisely. Our recommendation for customer contact that matters.

You pay per message or action, from your package credit. The rate depends on the level and on your package.

A failed attempt costs nothing. EU-only charges the Start rate.
All prices exclude VAT. Customers who owe VAT pay 21% VAT on top of the amount. Business customers in another EU country with a verified VAT number, and customers outside the EU, pay no VAT. Per-action rates are deducted from your balance; VAT is paid when you buy your plan or balance.
We choose and monitor the models
Behind each level are AI models that we select and keep testing. We can switch models within a level without you noticing. We do not quietly fall back to a lower level: your bot shows a clear message rather than a weaker answer.
EU-only processing
From Plus you can switch EU-only on. Your bot then uses only models that run in the EU, or stops with a clear message. Level Basic is then available; Smart and Expert follow as soon as there is an EU-hosted model that meets our quality bar. EU-only charges the Start rate.
Which AI providers we use
These are the providers that generate your bot's answers. Which model they use for that, we decide per level.
Anthropic
Processing in the United States
Used when EU-only is off. Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your conversations are not used to train models.
OVHcloud
Processing in France, inside the EU
Provides the models for EU-only. With EU-only on, your bot is answered only by models that run in the EU.
