Who is this for?

For consumers: people who did not buy for their business. It applies to a paid package and to balance. Did you buy for your business? Then you have no right of withdrawal.

How long?

You can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase.

How?

Are you using a VPN and the form does not work? Then send your withdrawal by e-mail to support@zelixai.ai.

What happens next?

You get a confirmation by e-mail, with a reference.
We pay you back within 14 days, using the payment method you used.
Did you ask us to start right away? Then you pay for what we already delivered: for a package the days up to your withdrawal, for balance what you already used.
