Your bot uses AI services from major providers, chosen for quality. That processing can take place outside the EU, for example in the United States.
With EU-only
With one switch your bot uses only AI models that run in the EU. If no EU model is available for a moment, the bot stops with a clear message. It does not fall back to a model outside the EU. Voice through cloud providers is switched off.
- With EU-only, level Basic is available now.
- The account owner switches EU-only on or off in the portal, in the privacy settings. It applies to all your bots right away.
- EU-only is available from Plus.
Storage
We always store your data in the EU: the database on our own servers in the Netherlands, files and backups in France.
