You choose the level, we choose the model
You choose per bot how capable the AI is, and from Plus also per task. We pick a suitable model per level and switch to another unnoticed if something fails.
- Basic: Fast and economical, for simple questions.
- Smart: More precise, for customer contact that matters. From Plus.
- Expert: The most capable level, from Plus.
Good to know
The bot does not pick a heavier or lighter model per question by itself. The level you set applies to that bot's answers. On Start your bot runs on Basic. Want more precise answers? From Plus you can set the bot to Smart.
