Not every team member needs access to everything. ZelixAI works on the principle of least privilege: a user can do only what has been assigned to them.
Permissions are set separately per area, such as conversations, the knowledge base, tickets, products and settings. You use the standard roles or create your own roles with the permissions you choose.
Permissions are checked on the server, not only in the screen. What has not been assigned is not allowed. The account owner has all rights.
