The order overview provides a complete picture of every order within your reseller environment. You can quickly see which orders require attention and which have already been handled.
Order statuses explained
Each order has one of the following statuses:
- New — order created, not yet processed.
- In progress — order is being processed.
- Completed — order fully handled.
- Cancelled — order cancelled by the customer or an employee.
Navigating to the overview
- Click Orders in the left menu.
- Use the status filter above the table to filter by a specific status.
- Click on an order number to open the order details.
- Use the search bar to search by customer name, email address or order number.
- Export the filtered list via the Export button (CSV format).
