Every AI conversation round consumes credits. Through the usage dashboard you can keep track of exactly how many credits each bot uses, so you are never caught off guard.
Reviewing usage
- Go to AI Assistant → Usage.
- Select the period (day, week, month or custom date range).
- The chart shows usage per day, broken down per bot.
- The table below the chart shows, for each bot: number of conversations, credits consumed and average credits per conversation.
Setting a threshold alert
- Go to AI Assistant → Settings → Credits.
- Set a warning threshold (e.g. at 80% of your monthly budget).
- Enter an email address for the alert.
- Click Save. You will automatically receive an email when the threshold is reached.
Credits are automatically topped up if you have a subscription with auto-renewal. View and manage your subscription via Settings → Subscription.
