Search and filter customers

As your customer base grows, the search and filter function becomes increasingly valuable. The system offers several ways to quickly find the right customer or group of customers.

Search by name or email address

1. Go to Customers in the menu.
2. Type a name or (part of) an email address into the search bar above the table.
3. Results are filtered instantly as you type — there is no need to press Enter.

Filter by status

1. Click the Filters button next to the search bar.
2. Select a status: Active, Archived or All.
3. Click Apply to load the filtered list.
4. Use Clear filters to return to the full list.

You can combine search text and a status filter at the same time. The system remembers your filter settings until you leave the page or clear the filters manually.
