The customer overview is the starting point for all your customer management activities. It displays a paginated table with every customer linked to your reseller account.
What do you see in the table?
The table contains the following columns: customer name, email address, creation date and an actions column (edit, archive). You can sort the table by name or date by clicking on the column header.
How do you navigate to the overview?
- Log in to the reseller portal.
- Click Customers in the left navigation menu.
- The overview automatically loads the first page of customers.
- Use the pagination at the bottom of the table to browse through multiple pages.
- Click on a customer name to open that customer's detail page.
The overview is loaded live from the database every time, so you always see the most up-to-date information.
