Balance and revenue statistics

View your total revenue, outstanding receivables and paid invoices in the statistics module. Export reports by month or quarter for your own bookkeeping.

The statistics module gives you a clear financial overview without requiring an external accounting package for a quick summary. You can see your revenue, outstanding amounts and payment history.

Navigating to the statistics

  1. In the menu, click Invoicing → Statistics.
  2. Select the desired period: current month, last quarter, current year or a custom date range.
  3. The dashboard immediately shows total revenue (excl. VAT), total VAT payable, outstanding receivables and average payment term.

Exporting reports

  1. Click Export report in the top right.
  2. Choose the format: CSV (for Excel) or PDF (for archiving).
  3. The report is generated and the download starts automatically.

Statistics are recalculated each night based on all paid and outstanding invoices. Real-time figures are available by refreshing the page manually.
